Welcome to my web page.

I am a confident and decisive freelance journalist with extensive experience in radio, television, print and online with my main interests being financial news, current affairs and international affairs. I have recently completed a Master’s Degree in Multi-Media Journalism and have an A level in Spanish.

I enjoy the pressure, demands and challenges involved in journalism, and broadcasting in particular.

I currently work for Reuters Insider as an Assistant Producer, and at CNBC Europe as a News Assistant, both in London. My work at both organisations demands extensive video editing and picture skills, strong literary knowledge and a sharp eye for news.

I'm also an Assistant Events Producer for Dart Centre Europe, an organisation which provides resources for journalists who cover violence. My work for the Dart Centre includes helping set up discussions on traumatic or violent situations, contributing to the website with articles and event related material, and liaising and netowrking with media industry professionals to promote the Dart Centre's work, as well as the organisations goals.




This website is designed to exhibit myself and the work I have done. It offers my opinions, views and thoughts on the media and current affairs, and is also supposed to provide a platform for me to use throughout the next year as I complete my degree. The 'My Work' section offers examples of my broadcasting work, and critiques with them as well.
