I am currently presenting local breakfast news at The Bay Radio 102.8. This is broadcast live at 0730 and 0830 on weekdays, and recorded for a 0930 bulletin as my Master's course requires me to attend university at 0900. For more on these please tune in on the broadcasts at the above times.

A short package on the controversial surf reef at Boscombe beach in Bournemouth.

CUE:
Europe’s first artificial surf reef was opened at Boscombe in Bournemouth in November, and has been embroiled in controversy from the outset. The reef’s performance was due to be analysed by Plymouth University to mark six months of it opening, but now the local council are refusing to release the details of a verbal consultation earlier this week. Joel Flynn tried to find out whether it really is working.
